over.coffee provides a browser-based audio meeting room with audio recording and AI-generated meeting summaries ("receipts"). Receipts are paid — single $3 charge or via bulk credit packs.
The service is audio-only. We do not run, transmit, or store video of any kind.
Meetings are limited to 90 minutes. Rooms automatically close at the 90-minute mark, recording stops, and the post-meeting flow begins. If you need a longer conversation, you can start a new meeting.
You must be at least 18 years old to use over.coffee.
You must have the legal right to record meetings you host. You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all meeting participants as required by your jurisdiction.
We do not require accounts to start or join meetings. Accounts are only created when you make a credit purchase (single receipt or bulk pack).
If you have an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at hi@over.coffee if you suspect unauthorized access.
This section applies whenever you start a meeting at over.coffee.
You acknowledge and agree that:
You agree to indemnify and hold over.coffee harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your failure to obtain proper consent. (See Section 12.)
Pricing. $3 per receipt, with bulk discounts on 10-pack ($24) and 50-pack ($100) credits. Prices in USD. We may update pricing for future purchases; existing credits are honored at the price you bought them.
Credits. Bulk pack credits do not expire. They remain available in your account until used or until you close your account.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for completed receipt purchases or unused credits. Each receipt is generated on demand and represents AI processing work performed.
Disputes. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at hi@over.coffee. We review case-by-case and may issue refunds at our discretion for billing errors or service failures.
You agree not to use over.coffee to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all rights to the conversations you record. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content (transcription, AI structuring, receipt generation) solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The receipt is delivered to all participants in the meeting. Both parties have equal rights to view, save, and use it.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not use your conversations to train AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the service to you.
Receipts are generated by AI. Transcription may contain errors. Structured summaries may misrepresent what was said. AI may misattribute statements between speakers.
Use receipts as a reference, not as a definitive record. If accuracy matters (legal proceedings, contracts, financial decisions, etc.), verify the receipt against the source audio.
We are not responsible for decisions made based on inaccurate receipts.
We aim to keep over.coffee running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may experience downtime, bugs, or feature changes.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, over.coffee, its operators, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless over.coffee and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including recording consent laws under Section 4.
You can stop using over.coffee at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, for legal or regulatory reasons, or for prolonged inactivity (12+ months).
On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention rules. Active credits are forfeit if termination is for cause.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users at least 30 days before they take effect, and posted on this page. Continued use of over.coffee after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Manila, Philippines, unless your local consumer protection law grants you protections that cannot be waived. Statutory consumer protection rights in your jurisdiction (such as those under EU GDPR, UK consumer law, or similar) apply automatically and are not waived by this clause.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and over.coffee regarding the service.
